P6 Training for Government Contracts

Primavera P6 Training for Government Contracts is a fast-paced training session that teaches you how to build an approved schedule, compliant with both NAVFAC’s and the Army Corps of Engineers’ rigorous Specifications. Right from the start, Day 1’s Introduction / Fundamentals Review will sharpen your P6 skillset, updated for the current P6. 

You’ll learn to navigate P6’s Enterprise, organize single and multiple projects, and create a new project with WBS and Activity Codes. You’ll add Activities, create the Logical Network, assign Constraints, then Schedule the Project, and learn shortcuts to effectively format, group, and filter activities in the schedule.

The training is specifically focused on achieving compliance with the strict scheduling specs, required to get paid on US Government Department of Defense contracts. Our professional trainers will teach you shortcuts learned from years of experience, and emphasize hands-on exercises all throughout the sessions. We’ll simplify and streamline the seemingly complex process of setting up, cost loading, reporting to the demanding D.O.D. Scheduling Specifications.
