Cassell Consulting is Expanding!

We would like to introduce Andy Helmsworth and Stacee Peterson as the newest members of the Cassell team! Andy officially joined us as our full time Associate Software Engineer on January 1st, 2015 and Stacee joined us shortly after as our Marketing and Executive Admin on January 9th, 2015. We are confident that we have chosen the right candidates for our team. Welcome Andy and Stacee!

Andy is a big fan of music and books, traveling, backpacking, and sharing good food and beer with friends. His home studio houses an ever-growing menagerie of musical instruments, though he primarily plays the sitar. Andy spent five years of his childhood in Taiwan, and has also lived in Costa Rica and Yellowstone Nat’l Park. He attended Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia for two years playing oboe then went off to complete his Bachelor Degree at the University of Oregon, majoring in Anthropology. His previous work experience for a web design firm expanded his understanding of markup and programming languages which paved the way and prepared him for the programming work he does here at Cassell Consulting. Andy is working to add even more features, platforms, and software to our operations. At the moment, he is working on a Daily Reporting web app for one of our Industrial Contractors. Along these lines, he knows that we can and will add new and innovative technologies to our arsenal, as our skill sets expand and client needs shift.

Stacee is a big fan of music, traveling, blogging, photography and finding the best food spots around town. Stacee admits that her biggest job and favorite hobby above all is her daughter Ava, who just turned 3 months old. Stacee is a Portland native, who considers herself a city girl, but she also loves a good hike along the Columbia River Gorge. She studied Business Marketing at Portland Community College then went off to complete the New Media Marketing program at UCLA. Her previous work experience was for a technology startup where she wore many hats from event planning and commercial production to marketing and brand management. Her understanding of business structure and project management has prepared her to take on our marketing and administration efforts. Stacee would like to see us increase the scope of our social media and marketing campaigns to help reach new clients and to strengthen our current relationships. At the moment, she is working on a website revamp, a marketing campaign, office organization, and is devising a new sales process.

Both Andy and Stacee agree that their favorite thing about working for Cassell Consulting is the workplace culture. Barry and Rob cultivate an environment that while demanding, is fun, interesting, and engaging. They look forward to coming to work in the mornings because they know they’ll learn something new, make headway with their projects, and enjoy themselves while doing so. The office dog, Aston, is a real sweetheart and makes every work day fun and enjoyable for the whole team.  Andy and Stacee are both excited to bring their experience and knowledge to the table. Since neither comes from a construction background, they have a lot to learn from Barry and Rob. But the senior partners agree that they have just as much to learn from Andy and Stacee about keeping up with the ever changing business trends. Cassell Consulting is excited for what the future holds on our new journey and to see the success these two will bring to our ever-growing team!

Thank you,

The Cassell Team[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
